We are experiencing residual problems with internet service in the Tacoma area as a result of the Click Network major upgrade to a core software component of their network.
If you are experiencing an internet issue please:
1. Unplug the power from the back of your cable modem.
a. Then wait at least 1 minute before plugging the modem back in.
If you have a router in addition to your modem:
1.Unplug power from the router and keep it unplugged.
2.Unplug power from the modem for about 10 seconds then plug the modem back in.
3.Once the online light on the modem is solid, plug the power to the router back in.
4.Service should be working once the router reboots fully.
Please note: Click! Network will be performing additional maintenance on the provisioning system between the hours of 2:00am and 6:00am. During this maintenance window some cable modem customers may experience a brief service interruption.
